When convicted of a DUI in PITTSBURGH, completion of a DUI Alcohol Assessment & Classes is required to return you to good standing with the DMV in your state. 

 

1)   You must resolve your DUI in Pennsylvania in order to renew your license in your state.


2)  The assessment must be performed by a Licensed Addiction Counselor with a

     state-certified DUI facility.


3)  Once the assessment is completed, you can proceed to enroll in a live DUI class online.

DUI Solutions offers the convenience of providing DUI Assessments online so you can complete your assessment from anywhere.

General information, i.e., your name, address, and blood alcohol content at the time of your DUI.


A one-time payment of $150 for the assessment.

If you're convicted of a DUI, the State of Pennsylvania requires you to complete DUI classes. The assessment determines how many hours of class you'll need. 


Classes are conveniently offered live online.

Once you receive a DUI, most states require some form of alcohol or drug education class. However, this is usually the second step. Before enrolling in a class, you’ll likely need to complete an alcohol assessment or evaluation, which determines the number of alcohol education hours you’re required to complete.

Every state has different rules, but most do not accept self-paced or pre-recorded online classes.


Which is why DUI Solutions LLC provides live, real-time classes taught via secure, HIPAA-compliant video through Zoom. These are 2-way interactive sessions where you can see and speak with the instructor and group, just like an in-person class.


If you received a DUI in another state, our live online classes have been accepted by most states for court, probation, and DMV requirements.

Our courses use Prime For Life, an evidence-based alcohol and drug education program with over 50 years of research. Depending on your assessment, class lengths range from 12 to 40 hours and are designed to help you understand risk, decision-making, and prevention. Classes are engaging (some even say fun), informative (some even say transformative), and judgment-free. 

In most out-of-state DUI cases, yes. Courts, probation officers, and DMVs usually accept our live online classes, because they understand you can’t always return to the state where the DUI occurred. If you live in the same state where the DUI happened, check with your state’s Department of Health and Human Services or ask your lawyer or probation officer for approved program requirements. We’re happy to help you interpret the requirements! 

We offer new DUI classes every month, and you can usually schedule your assessment and class within the same week. (We’re as eager to get you back on the road as you are!) Certificates of Completion are provided once all class hours are completed, paperwork is submitted, and payment is received. If your state requires additional forms, we’ll complete and send those for you, usually within 24 hours, for a small administrative fee.
